Kenya - Gospel outreach, community development & eco-projects

This program is carefully designed with the concept of Christian discipleship in mind, where Gospel outreach forms a central part of the placement. This provides the opportunity to deepen one's faith by being blessed and being a blessing through community development, fellowshipping and doing outreach with the local church, meeting local  people, impacting other lives as well as your own, combined with time out for faith reflection through assisting with an eco-project and/or climbing Mt Kenya - returning with lasting memories is assured.

Volunteers begin the first stage of their program by serving with a local Pentecostal church in Kenya in local outreach combined with social action through assisting with local orphanage work - these children need caring volunteers to emulate and learn from.

In the second phase, you travel to a Community Wildlife Sanctuary and volunteer in a wildlife conservation project in a wildlife corridor between a National Park and/or climb Mount Kenya through Sirimoni Down Chogoria Route. This is a time for personal faith reflection.

The third phase is to work with our partner's team in community extension work in conjunction with a Level 1 community hospital - this can be to do with HIV and SDR awareness. Gospel outreach can be a central part of this time.
